From improving organic visibility and user journeys to building websites and developing fundraising strategies, these client projects demonstrate how a focused, practical approach can deliver measurable results. Each project was tailored to the client’s goals, audience and challenges, with a focus on creating sustainable improvements that support growth, engagement and enquiries.

Client A: SEO for a Digital Inclusion Charity

Task: The client was a digital inclusion charity that struggled to drive traffic for the right search intent and needed to improve the user journey and click-through actions that lead to enquiries across the website.

Actions: I worked on the low-hanging fruit opportunities, as well as more complex solutions on the WordPress platform, which provided the client with the desired results. The actions included:

  • Title tags, meta descriptions and heading updates after a detailed keyword research and keyword mapping exercise.

  • Technical SEO updates, which involved fixing broken pages, canonical tags, orphan pages and blog pagination structure.

  • Restructure of the home page and key service pages to improve the placement of call-to-action buttons, text layout and mobile optimisation.

  • Blog page optimisation, content creation and linking topics within similar clusters.

Results: Within 6 months of making SEO updates to the website, we saw that:

  • Organic sessions grew by 29.7%

  • Engaged sessions grew by 28.54%

  • Event count grew by 37.69%

Total clicks driven from organic pages increased by around 35% on average in 6 months, as the keyword positions for relevant terms such as “children computer skills”, “computer skills classes” and “IT skills classes” improved from pages 2-3 to page 1 on the local search engine results.

This not only improved the traffic and enquiries coming through the site, but also improved the charity’s position as a trusted digital skills provider within the local area.

Client B: Website Build and SEO for a Yoga Teacher

Task: The client had an out-of-date website on a simple platform and wanted to offer her customers an option to book classes online and have an easy-to-navigate customer management system in order to send emails and updates to the client base.

Actions: We migrated from the old website to Wix for the web design and CRM system. Before the website build and website migration took place, the old website was optimised for more relevant search rankings.

During the new website build, the following solutions were added for the most impactful user experience:

  • Key service pages with optimised copy

  • Booking system to allow customers to book single classes or block bookings

  • Blog page in order to create better authority and website optimisation

Results: Since the re-launch of the new website, the customer enquiries have doubled, with new and returning customers consistently using the website to book classes or send an enquiry. The customer management system has also helped the client manage the customer base and send out emails to different groups who attend classes at different locations across town. The client’s website consistently ranks in the top 5 positions on the 1st results page for local search results for “yoga classes” and “yoga teacher”.

Client’s Feedback

“Pamela has been working with me, building my website. I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable about all things website, from which platform to use to how to get more traffic to the site via SEO and everything in between. She has guided me through the process, making it easy and stress-free. She is easy to work with, helpful, efficient and communicates with clarity. I fully recommend her to anyone looking for a new website; you won't find better value for money anywhere else."

Client C: Fundraising Strategy and Execution for Charity Supporting Marginalised Communities

Task: The client wanted to build out a grants structure to enhance their mission of providing support to local marginalised communities, including refugees, asylum seekers, migrants and low-income individuals and families.

Actions: I built out a pipeline of over 100 funding opportunities, which included trusts and foundations towards project and core funding and built relationships with the grant providers. I have also developed a fundraising campaign to generate funds towards core costs of running the charity.

Results: Since working with the charity, we have seen:

  • Around a 33% success rate of submitted applications.

  • 30.81% increase in funding compared with the previous year (project and core funding combined).

  • A clearer funding strategy, grants management and focus in order to provide the best support for the local underserved community.

Client D: Website Build and SEO for a Psychotherapist

Task: The client was newly qualified in the industry and wanted to have a brochure-style website, where customers can also submit an enquiry, in order to be visible and stand out online.

Actions: We set out to create a 4-page brochure-style website using the Wix platform:

  • The pages included the homepage, services, about page and contact form.

  • The content was optimised using relevant keywords and geographical targeting.

  • The website was added to Google My Business profile, relevant directory pages and connected to social media platforms.

Results: The client has been receiving a regular stream of enquiries through the site, directories and social media within a month of launching the website. The site ranks in the top 10 positions for relevant keywords such as “psychotherapy services” and "counselling services” in the client's local area.
